He is not knowledgeable or positive. what he is is overly intense and fosters a negative team culture. The blame lies above, because he is allowed to take on responsibilities beyond his scope which are not contributing to a winning season but instead are fostering a negative atmosphere. That being said the athletic director has had plenty of years to do his part and nothing has been done even though it has been brought to his attention. Maybe he should have every player and every parent that sit through these games and for the players practices and give you their insights, stories and negative conversations that are occurring. "
