"I’ve been out a couple years now, but the general consensus is that this coach lacks communication to all players. Conversations are awkward, short, and only in person. Multiple players have texted the coach without a response on multiple occasions. Practice times are often sent out the day of and practice is written on a loose leaf paper. I genuinely believe he cares about his players and the game, however the negativity, inability to communicate, and disorganization makes playing for the Coach a difficult time."
