"One of the best coaches I've had throughout my adolescent, high school, and college careers. Very fair and honest, was available to all event discipline athletes to chat about their progress and to address questions/concerns. Great leader."
"Most motivated and passionate coach in the NCAA. Cares about the players future and who they are. As well as being knowledgeable and creating a great team culture. "
"Jim schlossnagle is a HUGE disappointment for Texas A&M. He is brash, a bully, physical abusive toward his players. The dynamic changed completely when he took over. Players are NOT happy with him."
"Great players coach. Cares about you no matter how you are performing and will always be there for you. Cares about you as a person and not just as a player."
"Great strength coach. Definitely knows the ins-and-outs of athletic development. Will not only help you get stronger in the weight room, but will also help you develop as a pitcher mechanically. Very passionate about what he does."
"Very experienced and talented hitting coach. Knows how to make hitters better. Interacts well with players. Young coach who is full of energy and life."
"One of the best pitching coaches in the country. Doesn't stay too long in one spot. Probably up for a head coaching job soon somewhere big. Extremely knowledgable about pitching development. Wants to see athletes succeed. "
"Phenomenal recruiting coordinator who has a variety of experience recruiting the top talent in the industry. Laid back and quiet coach, but effective at his job."
"This coach was very white-collar in his approach to the game of baseball. He did not interact one-on-one with players and tended to be disrespectful in various circumstances."
"Coach Gaston’s coaching style is Relationship based vs a Transactional Coach. She definitely not only cares about each of her players, she dedicated to her players, develops Team Beyond the Field. She is truly a Players Coach. Coach’s Gaston’s ethic and character is authentic. "
"Terrible coach. Has told his players at Texas A&M multiple times this season that their career is over, then goes on to put them in the game in horrible situations. His assistant coaches hate the way he leads, and there are very few of his players that want to play for him next year.
If you value your mental health, go somewhere else. "
"Jordan is an amazing coach. If you want a coach who goes the extra mile, is super knowledgeable and will push you to be a better player Jordan is the coach you want! "
"Love JT. Loved playing for him. He runs a program based on a meritocracy. Every player always has a chance but you just have to play better. He taught me how to not make any excuses for why my situation was the way it was. He believed I could play good golf. "
"Easy to talk to about injuries, personal information and very knowledgeable about things. Likes to learn new things and participated in our activities."
"Clinic Tape/Poster Child for being a terrible coach, friend, and MAN. Utterly disappointing being a player for Addazio. Took a scholarship away from an 18y/o for his son, who once injured himself while putting on his shoulder pads minutes before playing USC (yep, an ACC TE we're talking about). Rests on his Florida laurels, contradictory, rambling oaf!"
"Spews enough canned lines and brings in enough transfers to be respectable for a season or 2. Played his son even when he hurt the team. Constantly talks about how young his team is...for 4 years. Awful game manager. Locker room politics got better after his son graduated but shouldn't have been allowed to exist in 1st place. Not a trustworthy guy."
"I played for coach Schlossnagle at Texas A&M University. If your goal is to play professional baseball then he is the coach for you. He is very knowledgeable on the game and helped me expand my knowledge and has more than prepared me for pro ball. Every coach has a flaw and his would be how he reacts when things aren’t going right during games. When all is well in the game he is great but when things don’t go the way he wants or should he starts to lose it a little. Other than that, which we all have things to work on, Coach Schloss was a great coach and I would recommend him to athletes if they want to develop as a player and learn what it takes to win. "
