"Coach Penberthy was a lackluster coach in my opinion. Very nice person but does not make decisions based on knowledge. Training had the appearance of guesswork and assumptions. Does not seem interested in honest feedback from athletes. Concerns were also not communicated promptly nor directly with athletes in many cases, whether they be related or unrelated to practice. "
