"Neal brings in 60 players a year because the school demands he gets walk ons for extra tuition money. I was an everyday starter after transferring, he never trusted me and was constantly suspicious of our team doing things wrong. He wouldn’t communicate well and after a loss or a win would rarely talk to the team, if it was a bad loss he would yell at us for not playing better when many of his game management decisions would lose us a game. Neal was hands on for the first few weeks of practice then would never instruct and only criticize, his favorite practice is him throwing like he’s a college pitcher, behind an Lscreen trying to strike guys out. It felt like he cared more about his ego than actually developing his players and making the team better. When I moved to the school I was not assisted in finding housing and Neal even laughed at me when he found out I was sleeping on another teammates couch because there were no housing options. He will play favorites who do not work hard and are visibly lazy during practice. His assistants are too scared to tell him their own opinions about the team. His assistants also create drama and ask players about how other players are playing and will bad mouth other players behind their back. "
