"Neil is a very old school and manipulative coach. He will come across as very nice and friendly but truly has a completely different side to him. He is very disorganized and very bad at communicating. When a swimmer or a the team starts to struggle he will just blame the swimmers for everything. He also lies a lot and will never take responsibility for anything. "

"Arkansas had some inadequate coaches prior to Colby Hale which made his job much more difficult….in all aspects. He had to recruit much better players and build a new brand of soccer for UA. It took a few years and I’ll admit I was impatient but I was hooked on the new style of play, the grit, determination, and loyalty of the players, Theirv skills and teamwork improved significantly.. I watched as many games as possible in all kinds of weather and enjoyed every one of them. It was thrilling to see his players improve. Colby Hale has instilled a burning desire for excellence in all of his players. He prepares them to play as they practice and has trained them extremely well in a very unique, fast paced, exciting brand of play combining both technical and tactical skills. His players are focused on excellence and winning. He’s an accomplished motivator who shows a sincere interest in his players and their families. They are goal oriented, supportive of each other, and respectful of each other and the coaching staff. They show their appreciation to their fans. They make all games exciting!"

"A quick in and out trip, getting to everything you need to do or see in a short amount of time. This team is known for winning championships and that is a known culture here, so it is taken seriously. Coming here you have to be ready to put in the time and work to focus and get your part done. This being said it is not for everyone, it is hard work but a lot of fun if you love your sport. Team dynamics are competitive you are with the best of the best in the country/world and you push each other every day. "
