"Molly didn't care at all about you unless you were the star player. She got LUCKY to have a star player, who made Molly's career look good. Once this star player was gone Molly was just flat out MEAN to 90% of the payers and treated them as robots, not humans."

"This coach is severely lacking in fundamental coaching abilities and has been actively detrimental to the athletes under his charge. He appears to be best at demolishing the confidence of young women and making them feel belittled. In the short time he served as coach, his professional conduct was appalling. When players asked for guidance, his verbal response was so abusive it caused them severe distress. He offered no constructive guidance, merely degrades athleticism, with a shocking lack of compassion. Employers should exercise extreme caution and fully review his credentials and coaching style, as this person has demonstrated an inability to successfully mentor athletes."

"Wow, where do I start, this woman ruined my life, my swimming career and my self worth as a human being. In this team under Mandy You will be mentally and psychically tortured until you feel like you have no choice but to quit the team and loose your scholarship or be scared forever. I want to warn any swimmer wanting to come here, you will be over trained by coachs who don’t know what their doing, you will be injured by strength coach’s who will train you like a body builder and then receive no support from the administration. I somehow graduated from this team and I warn anyone who wants student athlete experience and to be a better athlete and student, please for the love of God do not go here!!!"

"Neil Stafford is a FRAUD. He dresses like a coach. He talks like a coach. He is, however, FAR from a coach to the point it is a disgrace to the word "coach". Despite his own high self-assessment of himself, he is a failure in everything he does in this capacity. He may have inherited some decent teams in the past, or been an assistant on successful teams -but he is wholly incapable of actually coaching. He single-handedly has caused numerous girls to quit the game -and not because of a system he established (he knows close to nothing about the actual game), or because his training was too difficult (sitting around listening to him brag about himself is far from difficult) - but because he has the audacity to literally attack the heart and sole of girls' confidence. He's pathetic. I wouldn't allow him to get near my kids. He is a FRAUD. "
