"Eric is complex, he thinks he’s a good coach but relies heavily on talented athletes to make him seem that he knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t coach much, rather spends more time at practice on his phone look for the next replacement for the athletes he’s incapable of coaching. He’s an ignorant businessman who does the basic tenants of his job at Florida instead being a humanitarian and caring for his athletes and their circumstances. He’s insecure and childish, with little knowledge about the throws events, only general outdated knowledge exists in his head. Many of his athletes dislike him, most complaining amongst themselves, however, not many are willing to give up an opportunity at the university of Florida so they revert to being quite."
"Coach Werskey is a phenomenal throws coach. I’m not sure what the other rater’s deal was. Seems fishy to me. He was been training my son for the last 2 years and he has made incredible gains in the circle. Coach is easy to talk to and is so fundamentally and technically strong in his coaching. He understands the whole person and strives for each of his athletes to be successful. If you are willing to put in the work, you will find success with Werskey coaching. Outside of coaching, he’s an awesome person. Noting but praises for Coach Werskey. Bottom line, Coach Holloway would not allow anything less. "
"Bryan is a great coach who wants you to excel both in and out of the water. He sees you as more than an athlete and cares about preparing you for the future. He cares about his athlete's physical and mental health, and at the end of the day, he just wants his athletes to be happy and healthy. He creates s positive and fun team culture though open, honest, and respectful communication. Bryan is a funny guy with a great personality and I would highly recommend him as a coach to anyone. He believes in you and pushes you to be the best athlete/student/person that you can be. I have so many great memories with Bryan, many not even related to diving, and I will cherish those forever. "
"He knew what it took to build a championship team and create a culture that continues to produced champions. He would be honest with you about your performances but he did so in a way that you knew he cared. It didn't matter about status on the team, he wanted the best for you and for you to be successful. "
"Eric Werskey is a worthless opportunist who does nothing but think of himself. I guess we could say that about all coaches. Werskey is the type to invite himself to your wedding and propose to his woman. Eric listens to know one but his mother and couldn’t coach a spinning top how to throw. He’s a one size fits all kinda of coach and doesn’t believe in individualism. He just wants something to post on instagram. He has injured many of his athletes and has sent even more to mental health facilities. He’s a dangerous man that has a weird fetish for black women."
"She definitely knows about the game but that's kind of it. She is really focused on winning as she should but sometimes the culture gets pushed to the side because of it. "
"I enjoyed my time playin for coch Napier. A first class man and a very dedicated football coach.
Some coaches get into the profession for the wrong reasons, Coach Napier truly loves the game and shaping young men.
UL would be wise to lock him into a long-term contract if possible, I expect tremendous success from Coch Napier. "
"Whitney is one of the most passionate individuals I have had the pleasure of being around. He gives his athletes his best and in return sets high expectations for them to give him their best. He knows when to push his athletes and when to back off, thus giving them what they need. Any athlete that has the opportunity to train and compete under him should consider themselves lucky."
"Brilliant technical coach. Very supportive and generally positive. Somewhat bipolar. Never know what you're going to get. Takes a bad mood out on everyone."
"Coach Walton is seriously the best out there. He is personable and cares about you as a person not just a player. He truly invest in you and makes sure you have every opportunity to be successful. He made me a better woman then when I came in and I can't repay him in anyway."
"Whitney Hite is a very passionate coach, and he demands excellence both in and out of the pool- he values hard work and doesn't tolerate excuses. Whitney's personality can be hard to read and his philosophy may not work for everyone, but he really does care deeply about his swimmers. He has done an amazing job rebuilding the team at the University of Wisconsin, and I believe that UW is on its way to the top under his leadership."
