"This coach is not following by merit at all. Coming to an end of her career at Illinois in 2027, she seems to have lost faith in this season and her players. 10-28 this season without rarely changing your starters and only barely switching up a lineup speaks for itself. This team keeps losing and nothing is changing. The attitude seems lost to wanting a win and utilizing every player on the team to only a select few. Those who you see put in for an inning have a small window while starters can make error after error and still be put in the game. This tactic clearly hasn’t shown results and It’s an embarrassment to a B10 school and to the game as a whole. She should be fighting for her team and for her athletes. But she seems content and complacent with these losses and prides herself in a stagnant state. Whoever comes in next will have to clean up these past few seasons she’s made. Too much money to care for her athletes since the extension of her career."
"The environment of the town was a true college experince.Really clean facilities which was breath of fresh air compared to other campuses I have visits. Have had sucess the past few years as well."
"Focused on All-American development that gives credibility to Illinois’ rising program profile. Athletes appreciate the structured approach, though the transition to a new system can be demanding for newcomers."
"Evan Taylor puts company before employee experience. He constantly belittles employees, he does not take their concerns seriously and uses his position to weaken employees rights. As an HR professional he went out of his way to ignore serious allegations about another administrator and covered for them and put to bed any possible positive outcome from an employee holding an administrator responsible for their actions. It weakened the weight that protections against retaliation should carry amd made it so employees feel sniffing they can not speak out about their concerns."
"Coach E is inspirational for me personally. The way he attacks every opportunity that's in front of him and how passionate he is about affecting change in people's lives is incredible. He would make a great addition to any staff in the country."
