"Cultivated a toxic team culture and then had zero clue how to fix situation. Not invested in players, just himself. Makes knee jerk decisions in attempt to correct huge issues. Would not let anyone play for him. Check out transfer portal under him - they all leave. See injuries - they all increase. There are so many great coaches out there, he is not one of them. Avoid. "
