"Coach Redrick has shown me how to push through adversity. Running track can be hard mentally and physically. When I had a bad meet and was upset he was there for me and made me feel confident in myself even when things didn’t go my way. He is a great coach and person."

"Coach Kanga is nice but also a serious coach when we are practicing or during a match. I would say he is older school but not in a bad or abusive way just stern. The team is close but the boys team and girls team are pretty separate and don’t hangout a lot outside of practice."

"I get along with Coach Kanga, he is a good coach but also understanding. When his athletes have injuries he takes them seriously and doesn’t pressure us to push through them but rather to get them checked and to heal as fast as possible. Overall, he is a very positive person and makes playing tennis fun."

"Coach Kanga is a good coach and I am very grateful for him bringing me here and allowing me to play D1 tennis being an international student. He is a good coach and knows what he is talking about. He is a good communicator. He can be intense sometimes but it’s not in a bad way and very motivational."
"I like coach P when I went on my visit. She was very transparent with my mom and I about what her program had to offer. She was very outgoing and seemed dedicated to her players and wants to see them grow. She sounded very passionate about coaching and the culture she wanted to have within her team."

"Coach Kanga is a good coach. He is a respectable coach and cares about his players. He has a created a good culture with everyone especially with a lot of us being international students and allowing us to connect."
"I think coach P has 2 very different personalities. Off the court she is very caring and funny to talk to. On the court she is very intense and direct to the players."
"Coach Redrick is a very honest coach. He wants his athletes to be the best they can be and he doesn’t hide it. He is super intense and during practice its time to work not play. I think he does show favoritism to some athletes and will favor the athletes that are developing the way he wants them to. I wish his communication was better but he knows track like the back of his hand so in that aspect I would recommend him."
