"if you’re looking for a manipulative, vindictive and insecure narcissist look no further. my family and i trusted karen to be a care taker and a good role model. she was all of that and more in the beginning, then as time went on her true colors started to really show. she draws you in when you’re vulnerable then uses it against you when it benefits her. her lies put you uncomfortable positions. if you are not of any use to her, you’re treated like trash and put through mental warfare. when you look to address these issues you are gaslit to no end. she will do or say anything to remain the victim of every situation and flaunt her power. she needs all the shine and treats her support staff poorly. it is my hope that no program or child has to deal with that wrath of karen weatherington ever again. "

"Honestly a horrendous experience. Plays mind games, favorites and will sell you a dream to get you on the team. She is extremely insecure and miserable and projects it onto everyone around her. She is also a serial liar who will lie on your name to multiple people if she feels that you are a threat. Do not come here as an asst coach because if you outshine her in any way she will make your life miserable and will hit you with the “my program my rules”. Will take you through mental hell which will result in underperforming on the court. She also uses everything against you and cannot be trusted with personal information. She is extremely manipulative and will ultimately make you lose your love for the sport. For your mental health do no play for her ever in your career."
