"Coach Hazouri is great. Young coach with a huge amount of drive to be the best in the game, always on the forefront of research and data in workouts. He’s read everything there is to read and knows how to apply it. The team culture that he helps foster is incredible and he is very respectful, transparent, and direct during recruiting."
"When selecting tags that describe this “coach”, I couldn’t find conceited, degrading, imitative, or uses position of authority over young adults to brag about his Cornell education. Unfortunately, he has been influencing young developing men for decades. The inconsistent stays at multiple universities shows a clear pattern; inability to relate to, mentor or support student athletes in their pursuit of dreams, and growth into confident, compassionate men. Would never have my son spend two minutes, let alone four years, with a demeaning, insecure individual like Jim Hofher. The unhealthy culture he cultivated makes me extremely disappointed he was placed in a position of power to begin with. It is my hope with this post to provide my first-hand, overwhelmingly negative experience (as a player who played years with him as my coach) to inform recruits about the Jim Hofher I knew and dealt with day after day for years. "
"Focused on certain players and makes inappropriate comments to certain players based on wealth or race. Nice at times and is knowledgeable but not my favorite."
"Tony is a great coach who has established a healthy culture within the team. The team is very close on and off the field and this is largely due to the coaching staff. Tony is always willing to help players improve through extra film or soccer sessions. "
"Tony is a passionate person and that shows in his coaching. He has a good style of play that promotes tactical and technical proficiency, and expects maximum effort out of his players. Sometimes the way he communicates is not the most effective way to motivate a player, but he always has the best intentions and cares about the players as people. "
"Coach Kim is amazing!! She is so full of energy and knows how to make us better. She's also really good at pumping me up on the course if I'm feeling down. "
"She has a ton of energy and she is always there to cheer you up when you're down. She is always very caring and is always willing to go above and beyond to do anything that can help her players on and off the course."
"She is so outgoing and really makes the sport fun for everyone. She always makes her players days better with her positive attitude and she will be there whenever you need to talk or need her help with anything and everything "
"Bobby Muuss is a salesman, he can get anyone to commit, but does not have the players interests in mind. Not knowledgable about soccer compared to the previous coach at Wake Forest University, and is often caught lying to the players. The players do not like him as a person or coach, but the administration likes his business minded approach."
"True players coach.
\
\
Very competitive, yet always positive.
\
\
Completely understands the importance of being a well-rounded student athlete.
\
\
He will battle for and with his players.
\
\
Donated his kidney to one of his former players (player was a freshman at the time).
\
\
Would love for my son to play for Tom Walter."
"I believe that he is approachable and understanding. He's not my actually coach, but he always asked me how I was doing when he saw me on the track. When I was injured he asked me multiple times if I was improving and how I was feeling which shows me that he really cares."
"Facility at Wake forest is super nice! Everything's up to date and has everything you need as a student athlete. School spirit is big at Wake and the athletes seem hardworking. "
"Wake Forest is a really nice school! Private and good academics and I enjoyed my time there. The coaches were nice and welcoming and the team seemed like they got along well. "
