"To make a long story short, Greg is a good person but not a good coach. In my experience, he is very easygoing, which makes interacting with him easy, but it’s really hard to make him care about anything beyond surface level interest. Additionally, when I swam for him, the team was very toxic and he did not take any appropriate action to change the team culture or take more control over the situation: it seemed like he didn’t care a lot about what was happening and preferred that things fix themselves. I would have liked to see more initiative from Greg during my time swimming for him. "
