"The coach in question exhibits a lack of discipline and professionalism in managing his team. He condones disrespectful behavior from his players and shows little regard for the opposing teams' well-being or feelings. On numerous occasions, he has deliberately delayed games, misrepresented the positions of baserunners, and displayed an overall lack of respect towards others. Consequently, his poor conduct, offensive language, and disregard for others have earned him widespread dislike among teams within the conference."

"Shows favoritism, will not always provide feedback to players, doesn’t make changes enough, doesn’t use feedback his players provide, doesn’t make changes that his whole team is suggesting. He does develop a family atmosphere within his team. "
