"Favorites are a big part of the team, once you're in with coach you will see a lot of playing time. If you're out, then you're literally out and will not see the field most of your career. Often times Coach Julika is preoccupied with her personal life and it affects the tone of practices. Offensive knowledge is very low, the offense operates on talented players that the coach prior to her arrival recruited to Queens. Only one player that Coach Julika recruited is a starter."
