Tisdale is a terrible coach. Beyond being charming during the recruiting process she has absolutely no knowledge about how to build and retain a successful team culture. She explicitly told me I “shouldn’t let things happening off the field affect me on the field” after I was SAd. I will never forget that, and I will never forget what a horrible person she is.
