Wealth of experience, but something’s missing from the development piece to coaching. Played 4 years there, despite ending up around .500 each season, we had a losing record in the conference every year, not to mention our record against teams above .500 themselves. Started every new season discussing changes we’d make to improve, just to walk out the same lineup and game plan from the year prior and achieve the same result. Can’t build a program around dog walking 2 win teams each season, and getting dog walked by any school that recruits outside of its immediate area. After a decade with the program, he’s still winless against the top two teams in the conference (goal differential will make you puke). If you’re good already he’ll play you, but I’d wager if you don’t get early playing time don’t expect to play much at all.
