"Andrew Leblanc is a good coach overall. He is an assistant to a coach that doesn't seem to let him do much on his own, but is a personable coach in the long run. He swam for Seton Hall, so he doesn't have much experience outside of the school but excels in training in IM and Distance. His sets make sense when he's the one that makes them and he listens to his athletes and responds, even if there are multiple sarcastic comments. "
