"She is a wonderful coach who has turned a team that was at odds with each other to a loving supportive community. She works well with players and knows how to make everyone feel important. She is the coach you want for every player not just the ones who are “the best”, but she makes everyone want to get better and she sees the potential in all her runners/ athletes. She has no favorites and acknowledges everyone’s successes. She is still a new coach and is still molding her team community. She is still trying to find the balance between demanding the best out of everyone and seriousness and still making sure everyone feels comfortable and respected. She may not be the coach for runners who want the most competitive environments."
