He also knows when to keep it real and is not going to lie to you when you come up short. He knows limits and how to push you to exceed them. He is a strong sprint coach but also knows his stuff when it comes to breaststroke and distance freestyle. His assistant and GA complement the knowledge gaps well to where they can truly reconstruct a swimmer for the better. Highly recommend getting on the train before it leaves the station, because this program is going places."
