As a coach, he will have your back at the end of the day and he always has his office open to hearing your opinions, worries, and ideas. He is not the perfect coach but the effort and care are there and that matters the most overall. His coaching style is to motivate you to play your game to the best of your abilities and will only try to change your game if YOU want to. He likes varieties of styles as long as you never give up. The team culture here is to build friendships and makes it feel like a home away from home. My best memory here was winning the conference championship and seeing our team's hard work come to fruition. Southwestern will push you past the old version of yourself and will transform you into someone that can accomplish anything, with a good work ethic."
