Culture of fear and depression on the women’s team. Only cares about the image of the team on social media. Has caused significant mental harm to many athletes. Athletic department doesn’t do anything bc the team wins. So focused on finding the next best thing and the teams social media presence he neglects the athletes that uprooted there lives, many not on scholarship and belittles them until they feel worthless. Please choose another program if you are currently being recruited. I love Wilmington as an area more than anything but I couldn’t ignore the toll this program and environment was taking on my mental health. "
