"No new conversations, always the same. He never motivated me to swim. He uses the assistant coach to coach the other swimmers while he praises the top 5. His workouts are taken from other colleges, "because it's what they do" and not what you need. Be prepared, he will often talk negatively about you behind your back like a young girl at recess. "
