"Coach Daley was an excellent coach to my daughter during her freshman year, alot of times he was the only reason she wanted to stay at the school. From the moment he recruited her until now he has been responsive and her biggest cheerleader, she could be herself with coach Daley. He was always friendly to us(family) and literally cared about my daughter and us. He believed in her even when she didn’t believe in herself. He helped her battle an injury and looked out for her best interest!! Sometimes he was just a listening ear, anytime of the day, any day of the week she could call him if needed. He does what he says he will do. He is passionate about the game and the players and their families. If you show up ready to work, eager to learn with a winning mentality then you shouldn’t have a complaint about coach Daley. If you show up lazy, feeling entitled, could care less if you win or lose then yeah I’m sure you will have problems. Ultimately my daughter has decided to leave A&M but not until learning of coaching changes, she was willing to give the school another year bc of coach and her team. We will forever be thankful to coach Daley for giving her a chance, believing in her, and for the impact he made on her freshmen year!! Coach Daley is the best!! The only complaint I have is I wish he would’ve been her coach for all of her college years. Thank you Coach Daley!! "

"Coach Brian Daley was my coach for two years, and during that time he had a huge impact on me both as a player and as a person. He always supported his players and did everything he could to help us succeed, not only on the field but also in our lives outside of softball. He genuinely cared about each player and was always willing to listen, give advice, and help whenever someone needed it. His coaching style was demanding in the best way he pushed us to work hard, stay accountable, and be the best versions of ourselves while also creating an environment where we felt supported and respected. He expected a lot from us because he believed in our potential, and that motivated us to keep improving. I am incredibly grateful to have had him as my coach. He is the best collegiate coach I have ever had, and the lessons, support, and confidence he gave me will stay with me long after my softball career. I will always be thankful for everything he did for me and my teammates."

"Now, I will say Coach gets a little intense during games. However, he does not hold onto to it or take it out on us players. I enjoy being here and I enjoy Coach Daley, Riches and Hewitt. "

"Coach Daley has been by far one of the best coaches I have had the pleasure playing for. He was extremely open and honest about the university and softball program, the culture that existed, and the vision for the future of the program. Coach Daley cares about his athletes as people first and athletes second and the culture he built and the team he created became a very large support system for myself when my mother became ill with cancer. Coach Daley along with the assistant coaching staff and my teammates always made me fell cared for being so far away from my own hometown and my appreciation to Daley for the culture he created and the opportunity he has given me is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. "Coach Daley is one of the best coach I’ve had. He not only cares about you as a player but also as a person. I grew a lot with him being my coach. He knows what he talking about when it comes to softball. My swing came a long way because of him and I am so grateful to call him my coach. I know a lot of people that almost lost the love of the game but because of him and his coaching they grew that love back for it. He makes the game fun and brings back the passion for it. He’s made a big impact on my softball career and I will always remember him for it. "
