"Martinovich does not care about non "star" players (including those that are starters, but arent making as big of an impact). Does not care about coaching, just tries serving as a field manager of sorts. He has pushed coaches and player away due to his one-way of seeing things, he is not a team oriented individual. Ex-coaches and players do not approve of the way his coaching methods, and that is reflected in his (padded) losing record."
