"Marty was a horrible communicator and did not care about kids who didn’t meet his standards, even if he recruited them. Okay football coach, but not a good human. Didn’t care much at all about anyone but the “good” players. Devolopment didn’t matter much and would meet often with students who he would force to quit by making them miserable. Many coaches have left due to his personality and superiority complex."
