Since my experience he has been easy to talk to and whenever disagreements or problems arise he is willing to work through them. His communication can be blunt at times but overall constructive and productive. You can tell he is passionate about the sport and cares about the program long-term. Team culture has not been negatively influenced by this coach, he is fairly hands off but can step in if needed. Overall I am happy with his performance as Washington colleges head coach."

Since his arrival, team morale and player confidence have dropped dramatically, and what once was a proud volleyball tradition has suffered. Players who used to love the game now feel discouraged and disrespected. It’s a shame.
