"She was a great , energized coach. She would always find different ways of motivating the team like creating a rap song about being a championship team. She was a big advocate for if you work hard and show your worth then you will get playing time which was a big shift from the previous coach that was more about politics."
"Coach Smith is a well rounded person overall. She knows all of the in's and out's of the game of basketball because she has been there on many different levels. She comes to practice and games everyday with a positive mentality and a will to make us better basketball players and people in general.
