"I have played under multiple coaches and have a good basketball background, but nothing could prepare me for Leslie Fuss. She is a power hungry bully that is very immature and inadequate for coaching. I was completely lied to during my whole recruiting process by her. The program and culture she creates is very toxic and full of fear. She does not care about academics and shows your grades to others and makes fun of you. I was always embarrassed to be seen with her because of how she treats people. You have to go against your beliefs as a person by becoming her player to see playing time and the ones that don’t receive repercussions on a silver platter. If you ask too many questions or try to voice your opinion you are seen as defiant and are then targeted. I have seen her break my teammates down and not care to build them back up. The mental and physical abuse you endure as her athlete is nothing I wish upon anyone. Her playing style is very aggressive and pushes an athlete to their breaking point. She loses games for her team by making ridiculous calls and decisions but then blames it on assistant coaches and the point guards. She was a point guard so if you're a point guard it will be 10X worse for you. She screams and degrades players during the game/sidelines in front of family, faculty, and friends. If you play under her you will lose your love for them game and wish you never met her! Not recommend. I would give her 0 stars. "

"Was not what I expected coming in as an athlete. Overbearing, doesn’t care about academics, and way too involved in personal lives of her athletes. Watched her treat my teammates with disrespect and have seen disgusting behavior out of her. We were scared to approach her about issues and felt obligated to connect with her in order for playing time and for her to like us. Would not recommend. "

"I have played basketball my entire life and chelle fuss was the meanest, most dishonest, most inconsistent, and most degrading coach I have ever played under. I never saw her build anyone up in the court besides the two players she favored and her play style is so aggressive it’s embarrassing to play other teams and blow them out and press them or play overly aggressive defense the entire game. I witnessed her destroy many young women over the course of their 4 years in the program and women come into the program confident, curious, and wanting to continue their journey in the game. After years of her coaching they leave destroyed, depressed, and with a hate for the game that no other experience could give. The way she treated players and even her staff can only be described as verbally abusive and destructive in nature. If you want to play for her prepare to be publicly humiliated in front of your family and friends and to lose any love you have for the game of basketball."
