He knows what he’s doing, he knows recruiting and he knows stats and films more than any person I’ve ever know. We had the most detailed scouting reports and the most amazing edited film. He is very technical I know some peoples brains don’t work like that but if you let him teach you and open up to genuinely trying something new and seeing it through his coaching perspective it’s apparent how knowledgeable he is!
