"Not motivational. Narrow vision, blind to the team's full potential. Sets player expectations but fails to enforce them, rewarding bad behavior. Some of the best players don't see the field. Favorites are over played and get hurt because they don't get rest days. The same players are relied on without earning it. Record reflects this. 5 years at the helm, no playoff appearances. Disrespects assistant coaches in front of players, treats them like subordinates rather than colleagues."
