Don’t believe everything you hear, Danielle Spencer is a good and passionate coach. Her job is to win, but she goes above and beyond off the field to make sure every player is heard and seen as a person first and then as a lacrosse player. Big things are to come "

"The turnover in her coaching staff is reflective of her poor organizational and leadership skills. It is a revolving door of assistant coaches as DS herself seeks to jump ship. Despite her assertions that she is staying put, everyone know she is looking to leave. "

It’s ironic that Stanford talks about integrity and values when they employ this awful women who uses adolescences like pawns and throws them away like trash when she doesn’t need them. She takes no responsibility for her actions and yet she is put on a pedestal - she is everything that is wrong with sports and ruins girls experiences. She doesn’t care about the kind of players on her team. And sadly Stanford is just waiting for another suicide of a college athlete instead of taking action. "
