"Excellent recruiter and coaching background. But he's dishonest and manipulative. Most of the team hates him. We just had one of the best seasons in program history last year, and 25% of the team quit afterwards. Typically graduate 3-4 seniors each year, and those freshmen classes started out at 9-10. He'll never win the big game because players don't play hard for him."
