"He and his staff are highly organized and ready for training sessions. Sessions are set up and ready to go before the student athletes hit the field, maximizing training time and minimizing downtime. He genuinely cares about his athletes both on and off the field. He spends significant time expanding his knowledge base, learning, studying the game, and developing communication skills in the ever-changing environment of sports and young adults. If you want to be a better soccer player and a better human being, this is a program where you can improve. "
"He thinks he’s Ted Lasso. He wants to be everyone’s friend so he won’t tell players the truth. You never know where you stand and he constantly lies and plays head games. There are ZERO standards. Fitness and readiness aren't important. He verbally criticizes players during games in earshot of bench players. He is a lower level club coach - practices are basic, doesn’t help develop skills, technique or game play. Style of play is kick and run with little possession. If you want recreational soccer, join the team."
