"He thinks he’s Ted Lasso. He wants to be everyone’s friend so he won’t tell players the truth. You never know where you stand and he constantly lies and plays head games. There are ZERO standards. Fitness and readiness aren't important. He verbally criticizes players during games in earshot of bench players. He is a lower level club coach - practices are basic, doesn’t help develop skills, technique or game play. Style of play is kick and run with little possession. If you want recreational soccer, join the team."

Coach Jason Skoch perpetuates a discriminatory environment that hampers the growth and development of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, Coach Jason Skoch's coaching methods have resulted in the mental abuse of several players, leading to adverse effects on their mental health. The constant belittlement, humiliation, and derogatory comments and treatment reported by these athletes have created an intimidating and hostile atmosphere within the team. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the reputation of any institution he is working for , but also violates the rights of our student-athletes to be treated with respect and dignity."

"Great guy, not a great baseball coach. Understandably not everyone can play on the field all the time but he will tell every single player that they are going to start in the next game, then either completely forget or ignore those promises. Tries to make everyone happy all the time and really it just makes things worse."
