"Americans need not apply. Even the Europeans detest playing for him. Overall bad guy, dishonest, awful coach. Just look at his stats from the last 2 years. Numerous complaints about him to the athletic director. Nothing gets done. Interview the players. Get this guy out. Little to no communication with the players. Assistant coach is nice but has zero say. Maybe it's time to get rid of the athletic director too...."
"Personally, I like coach Elliot although I feel like the success this team has had is due more to their recruiting than their development. I like that he doesn’t yell for no reason and when he gives feedback most of the time it’s helpful although feedback/development isn’t always first on mind."
