She is a very passionate person with rigid personal beliefs and allows these to guide her coaching but they are so restricting these get in the way of her team being successful. Quick to judge a person if they do not agree with her beliefs."

"Has set a "team culture" which she puts her views and beliefs on the team without taking in consideration of how it effects the players. Very passionate about her beliefs and her views to a point that it is a disadvantage to her as a coach when someone does not believe or agree with what she does. Plays mind games with certain players. Came across as one person when she recruited me as a player and turned into a completely different one after her two other coaches left the program."
