Coach Jason Skoch perpetuates a discriminatory environment that hampers the growth and development of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, Coach Jason Skoch's coaching methods have resulted in the mental abuse of several players, leading to adverse effects on their mental health. The constant belittlement, humiliation, and derogatory comments and treatment reported by these athletes have created an intimidating and hostile atmosphere within the team. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the reputation of any institution he is working for , but also violates the rights of our student-athletes to be treated with respect and dignity."
