"She truly cares about the players, but she is not meant to be a head coach. While I was on the team, it felt like there were three assistant coaches. Jenn never wanted to step up and would let other coaches take the lead for her. She was incredibly passive-aggressive, and you would truly only get good, real feedback if you asked her for a private 1-on-1 outside of our already 3-hour practices every day. Her coaching methods were interesting at best. She would do drills that we all did when we were 8 years old, expecting to see some change in our style of play. Practices were hardly ever effective, yet she would wonder why we would lose. We very often had the same practice three times a week with very few changes. She forced us to go through trainings, which didn't apply to anything that was happening on our team ever. She wasn't a good coach and truly led so many of us to hate the sport. She never communicated her true wants if you weren't a favorite, it was incredibly obvious who was vs. who wasn't. "
