"I think that as a head coach she let her emotions get in the way of what was important. She cared way too much about being liked instead of teaching and guiding her swimmers on the sport. I lost a lot of drive for the sport while she was in charge. She has many personal issues to work through before being in charge of 40-50 young adults. 6 girls and 2 coaches left the program while I was on the team. She does not represent Lasalle swim and dives core. She created a horrible environment. I suggest that she take a break from coaching all together. She was quite honestly the worst coach I’ve ever had. "

"Kerry will respect you if you respect her. She is an understanding person who wants you to do well inside and outside of the pool, academically and mentally. No "garbage-yardage", instead she focuses on details... She wants to connect with her athletes on a personal level and makes time on the pool deck worthwhile. A big sports fan that gets very intense when watching any sport really, but primarily swimming. The only flaw is that she can be a bit disorganised and lacks communication skills at some times.
