It was very inconsistent and I consistently asked for feedback and wanted to know why it was this way. She told me a new thing every time I went into her office about why I wasn’t playing. It seemed to be an excuse after excused because she couldn’t come up with a good reason, but only ever played her starters and didn’t sub them out it created a very unmotivated team because no one on the bench ever expected they would be able to play so then the year after our team was not prepared for game situations and did not have the confidence in themselves or each other to compete on the field.
