"I just graduated from Davidson and played under Kim for four years. struggled with playing time being someone who would start some games and then ride the bench the next game. It was very inconsistent and I consistently asked for feedback and wanted to know why it was this way. She told me a new thing every time I went into her office about why I wasn’t playing.
