"One of the most manipulative human beings. He is not direct nor is he supportive. I have seen him verbally abuse multiple players - not the normal 'tough coach' stuff either - he directly causes drama between players. His volleyball knowledge is also very questionable - one off season, he got his drills from a high school club's youtube page. "

"Leonid Yelin was a great coach. He is very tough and knows what he wants from his players. He is 100% dedicated and is always focused on getting his team better. \ Outside of the court, he is one of the nicest guys I know. He cares for his players so much, that we all can easily say he is our second dad. He will never let anything happen to his player and will always help them. He loves to keep in touch and connection outside od the volleyball is very improtant to him as well."
