"Marc killed a lot of people's passion for the sport. He made terrible administrative decisions, and created no culture during his tenure. He rode the coattails of a few great athletes from 2009-2015. During my time there, the amount of kids that didn't hit their potential was incredible. The one's that did, were always going to. Marc didn't coach anyone up, and he was an awful communicator with no empathy."
