"Coach Hall is a very nice person as a friend, but I would not recommend him as a coach. Unfortunately, he will give you the car salesman talk to get you to attend the college and join the team while delivering on nothing. His communication with students and parents definitely needs to get better. He will say he will do something and never follow up on it or totally forget about it altogether. His coaching style is not for everyone as he gets very little feedback if you ask what you need to work on. Even during practice, he just stands there and doesn’t help individual bowlers with things to work on. This was definitely one of the things that other student athletes felt was a big issue. You cannot grow as a bowler if you don’t receive any feedback."
