"Created an environment where the top 4-5 athletes were put on a pedestal and the others didn’t matter. Had to raise money every year. The top athletes got top of the line gear and the rest got a t-shirt from the previous year. The environment was not one that I would recommend. "

"Natalia Rivas-Foster openly blames sexual assault victims for their rapes. She also supports Chris Layne who sexually exploits his runners by spreading rumors and encouraging bullying. They both have driven people to suicide at Milligan University. They get their National Championships…but at what cost? If you are one of the slower runners you ARE their target. Only go to Milligan for XCTF if you are getting a full ride and are one of the best. You will be treated very well if you’re the team star."

"Lied about many things during initial meeting. Most importantly told me he cared about recovery, nutrition, and emotional well-being. He threatens his runners to run on broken feet, starves them, and exploits their weaknesses for the upper hand. Do not mess with this man if you value your life."
