Appears to be a high character coach initially but consistently makes very low character decisions. Does not know how to utilize his talent and plays favorites when deciding who gets playing time."

"From what I’ve seen almost everyone can agree that coach bloomgren is very stubborn with his gameplan. If something is not working he rarely makes adjustments or listens to the players.I also have never gotten close or had a conversation with coach and never seems like he really wants me or cares if I was on the team. The communication is also horrible although he said he would work on it a couple weeks ago, there are still last second “changes in the schedule” or events being scheduled by surprise. He also doesn’t use the players h has or have faith in them as he sticks to his old run the ball mentality no matter how many defenders are in the box which of course leads to a ton of losses. Overall pretty poor experience with coach bloom but hopefully he can find success next year or more likely at his next job. The teams culture is also very poor very little of us trust that our coach believes in us or will make the right decisions and as a result we just expect to lose."
