"Nicole has a lot of knowledge of the game. She is truly passionate about lacrosse, which can make her a little intense at times, but she is just trying to share her passion and knowledge to her players. Nicole is completely different from the previous coach, and I feel has provided more skills than the previous coach ever did on the field. Mental health is also a big thing nicole is adamant, allowing mental health days to any and all players if needed, which is something we did not receive before. "
