"Of course players have their opinions, especially those who don’t play and don’t like the commitment of what a D1 has to make. I have played for him for 4 years and I have never played for any coach who cares as much as Phil. Yes he is honest. Yes he is intense. Yes he is old school but that made me a better player and person. This program finally has expectations, standards and a coach who holds everyone accountable. Thank you Phil "
